Books Kinokuniya

AsianBasis Pty. Ltd has taken over the control and operations of BookWeb Australia, Kinokuniya’s online bookshop, from Kinokuniya Book Stores of Australia Pty. Ltd. with effect from 2nd July 2014. This is to enable greater resources, more services, networking and facilities to serve existing BookWeb members.

Located in the heart of Sydney CBD, the bookstore also includes a stationery section, art gallery and café.

Our in-store art space The Wedge Gallery exhibits work from both local and international artists.

Kinokuniya offers the experience of a true haven in the city. Our spacious and tranquil environment, abundance of natural light and friendly informative staff make Kinokuniya a unique bookstore. The Kinokuniya Café offers customers a space in which to relax and take in the ambience of the store.

Kinokuniya, a renowned international bookshop chain from Japan, established AsianBasis Pty. Ltd. in Australia as the online retail arm of Books Kinokuniya group.
