Four Pillars is a small gin distillery in Healesville, Yarra Valley. Proudly established in 2013, we’re flying the flag for Aussie gin around the world.At Four Pillars we want to celebrate the craft of distilling and elevate the craft of cocktail making in Australia. We believe people should drink better, not more.

Everything we make is crafted on four pillars: our magnificent Carl copper pot stills (named Wilma, Jude and Eileen); the best water in the world from our home in the Yarra; an equal mix of great local and exotic botanicals; and, a commitment to craft and attention to detail every step of the way.
