Geoffrey Beene

The Geoffrey Beene Foundation was created in 2006 to support important causes with the most critical being the creation and funding of the Geoffrey Beene Cancer Research Center at Memorial Sloan Kettering. Geoffrey Beene, through its Foundation, in funding new cancer research, has given approximately $160 million to the Center to date which has resulted in major research and treatment breakthroughs in multiple cancers, saving thousands of lives and helping to establish Memorial Sloan Kettering as the preeminent cancer research facility in the United States.
