Our name may not be traditional, but our Taiwanese street cuisine certainly is. Our recipes and cooking methods have been handed down across three generations. It all started back in 1948, when our village began cooking and selling their home-made noodles from a bicycle stall in Taiwan. Since then, we’ve been sticklers for following tradition. We handcraft our unique signature cooking stock using a blend of 23 herbs and spices (a process that takes over eight hours), and we insist on using the freshest local ingredients across every dish. The result is the most authentic and tastiest Taiwanese noodles you’ll experience, and a name you’ll remember for a long time.
